Scope of this notice
This draft notice describes the current local website implementation. It must be reviewed against the final hosting, intake vendors, business practices, and applicable requirements before public launch. It is not a privacy notice for a connected tax preparation portal.
Information you choose to share
Email and telephone links open your chosen email or calling application. If you contact the business, you may provide your name, contact details, and inquiry. Please do not include tax documents or sensitive identifiers in general email.
What this website currently does
The File My Taxes page embeds a live Cognito Forms tax intake form. Information and documents submitted through that form are processed by Cognito Forms for the business. The Hospitality Partners page also embeds a live Cognito Forms partnership inquiry form. The Contact page embeds a live Cognito Forms contact form for general inquiries. Google Analytics (Google tag G-QR3SDGYZHM) is loaded on public indexable pages to measure website usage. It is excluded from the design system, designed sitemap, 404, and draft legal pages. Site fonts and images are served locally; the tax intake, partnership inquiry, and contact forms load scripts and services from Cognito Forms. Tracked pages also load the Google tag from Google.
Design-system preferences
The design-system page uses browser local storage to remember motion selections. These preferences stay in that browser unless you export or share them. You may clear them through your browser’s site-data controls.
Hosting and outside services
The local preview server can record ordinary request information in its terminal logs. Final hosting log practices and retention must be confirmed before launch. Email, telephone, map links, and external websites use their own providers and privacy practices.
Handling inquiries
Inquiry information is intended for responding to your request and discussing services. Actual vendor access, retention, deletion practices, and any legally required disclosures must be confirmed by the business before this policy is finalized.
Sensitive tax information
Use only the approved secure tax intake process for returns and supporting records. The connected tax intake is provided by Cognito Forms. Review Cognito Forms’ privacy policy for its practices. Business access, retention, and deletion arrangements must be confirmed before public launch.
